APPOINTMENTS

We understand that it is difficult for patients to miss school for any reason. However, dental appointments are EXCUSED ABSENCES with either a note from the parent or the dentist. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is maintained. We will be happy to provide you with a note if requested.

Coming late for an appointment may require rescheduling. We will do everything we can to accommodate you; however we don’t like to inconvenience our other patients by making them wait. Please call if you are going to be late. Our office makes every attempt to be on time. Please remember, we run on children’s time, not adult time.

We reserve the right to charge Ksh 2000.00 per appointment which is cancelled or broken, without 24 hours advance notice. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this matter.
